Welcome to Ésyenne. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using our website and services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users and customers of the Esyenne website.

By using this website, you confirm that:

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts or cancel orders where fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or violations of these Terms are suspected.

We make every reasonable effort to display our products as accurately as possible.

However, we cannot guarantee that colours, textures or product details displayed on your device will exactly match the physical product due to differences in screen settings and display technologies.

Product descriptions, sizing information, specifications and availability may be updated or corrected at any time without prior notice.

Minor differences between product photographs and the delivered product do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.

3. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Ésyenne.

An order is only considered accepted once you receive an official order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

  • suspected fraud;
  • pricing or technical errors;
  • unavailable inventory;
  • violations of these Terms;
  • payment verification issues.

If payment has already been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method.

Once an order has been processed, it may no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.

4. Prices & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT where required by applicable law unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes or other governmental charges are calculated separately where applicable and are displayed before checkout.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment providers.

Ésyenne does not store complete payment card information.

If payment cannot be successfully authorised, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.

Although we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers;
  • customs authorities;
  • force majeure;
  • strikes;
  • severe weather;
  • governmental restrictions;
  • or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and ownership of products transfer to the customer once the shipment has been delivered to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address information may be charged to the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Customers located within the European Union may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days after receiving their order, subject to the conditions set out in our Return Policy.

Unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, all return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be:

  • unworn;
  • unused;
  • unwashed;
  • returned in their original condition;
  • complete with original packaging and tags.

Refunds will only be processed after inspection and approval of the returned products.

    All content made available through the Ésyenne website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, product designs, branding, icons, software, and website design, is the exclusive property of Ésyenne or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
